Management Team

carolineCaroline Sanchez Crozier
President and Founder

As the leader of CSC responsible for business development and strategic partnerships, I am recognized as a visionary in the field of instructional technology. My unwavering commitment to quality, community service and excellence in education have been acknowledged in several publications as well as through numerous local and national awards, including the prestigious Small Business Person of the Year Award conferred by the U.S. Small Business Administration (1993).  I was also honored at the White House during President Clinton’s tenure. I am an active board member of the Illinois Literacy Foundation, the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), and ProMexico.

An immigrant from Mexico, I developed a passion for learning at an early age, and was the first person in my family to earn a college degree.  After earning my degree, I became a certified public accountant (CPA) and held various financial positions in a variety of major corporations, including McDonald’s Corporation and Deloitte & Touche. With the encouragement and support of my family, I became an entrepreneur and founded CSC. The company has grown, and today, employs a dedicated team of over professionals who serve clients, primarily in four Midwestern states and in Mexico.

terryTerry Crozier
Chief Operations and Financial Officer

I have been a member of CSC since 1993.  I currently serve as the Chief Operations and Financial Officer for the company.  I am dedicated to ensuring the highest standards in quality management for our team and our customers including assisting in strategic planning, developing and implementing corporate systems and managing all financial and accounting functions.  I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

I am honored to work with the incredibly talented and passionate team at CSC, and I look forward to assisting them in the goal of bringing technology-based education to classrooms around the world.

catherineCatherine DeFrancesca, M. Ed.
Vice President – CSC Learning

After a successful career as a vice president of an investment brokerage firm, I chose to pursue a career in education. My experience as an educator in both general and special education has taught me the value of a high standards education and the need for student success.    During my tenure as an educator, I served as a Special Education caseworker, new teacher mentor and as a member of several Instructional Learning Leadership teams. In addition to my experience as an instructor, I authored a comprehensive special education curriculum used by over 40 schools, numerous education articles, and a popular newsletter.  In my roles as an administrator and as an educator, I have seen first- hand the need for programs and curricula that assist students in becoming successful and confident lifelong learners.   CSC Learning is able to provide such programs and supports so that students are successful.

I am honored to be a part of the CSC Learning team.  Not only do I believe in the programs and curricula we offer, but I have witnessed their ability to help students thrive academically and to gain a love of learning that may otherwise have been lost to them.  I look forward to working with you to develop an individualized plan that will contribute to your students’ success.

babylonBabylon S. Williams
Vice President – CSC Technology Services

I joined CSC in 1993 to lead business development efforts in local and federal government markets.  Since this time, my role with CSC has grown into leading our Technology Services Division. Our division provides network services for nearly 500,000 users in Illinois and Northern Indiana.

With a background in government procurement and economic development, I have a strong commitment to strengthening the socio-economic conditions of under-served communities.  As a Procurement Specialist, I counseled small businesses in securing government contracts and working with prime contractors as a certified M/WBE company.  As an Independent Consultant, I partnered with community organizations to secure over $10 million in funding to support adult literacy programs, after-school activities, community technology centers, job training programs and youth mentoring activities.  In addition, as a Project Manager I worked closely with schools and businesses to launch small and large, complex IT engagements.  I hold a B.A. in Community Development from Northeastern University and successfully completed technical certifications with Cisco, HP and Microsoft.

I am delighted to be a part of the CSC Technology Services team and look forward to working with you to ensure safe and reliable connectivity when access matters.
