With nearly 30 years experience in business management, as Chief Financial Officer Terry reviews and ensures the fiscal soundness for each of the company’s business units. He reviews business plans, financial statements, as well as advises management team on annual revenue and profit goals. Terry holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Babylon offers a diverse background of experience and knowledge in the areas of instructional technology, program management, government procurement, and technology infrastructure.  As a technology professional, Ms. Williams has assisted organizations in designing, implementing, managing, and supporting technology deployment projects.  She has managed teams of technical and construction engineers to plan and design client/server networks.  While managing the implementation of a project, Miss Williams worked with the end-user client to align technology programs to organizational goals. 

Xavier has spent the last 10 years in sales, marketing and solution consulting serving the education, local government and private sectors (small to midsize businesses). He has specialized in developing complex IT solutions driven from business needs or strategies and modeling technology plans that allow financial & operational efficiencies with foundations on sound scalable technologies.
